Wishing to share and discuss his conception of cooking and his techniques, our chef regularly organizes fun and friendly cooking lessons on Saturdays. Get as close as possible to the kitchens of a gourmet restaurant, and for a few hours , put on the apron and let yourself be guided by the two-starred chef for 51 years.

Chef Jean Coussau and his niece chef Clémentine Coussau offer you a half-day cooking class program, starting at 9am. You will prepare a full menu consisting of a starter, fish or meat and a dessert that you will enjoy at lunchtime in the gourmet restaurant with matching wines.
